Terms and Conditions – pub 333 Platform Rules

01 General Terms

Welcome to pub 333. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and pub 333 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on pub 333, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

pub 333 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, sportsbook betting — including PBA basketball, football, and other sports — live dealer games, poker, and jackpot slots, all operating within a licensed and regulated framework. These Terms apply to all services currently available on the pub 333 platform and any new services introduced in the future.

These Terms are written in Philippine English because pub 333 serves Filipino players. If there is any ambiguity between a Filipino interpretation and the plain English meaning of a clause, the plain English meaning takes precedence. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by applicable laws.

02 Eligibility

To register and use pub 333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. pub 333 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with all regulatory bodies on this matter.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing pub 333 is lawful where you are.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pub 333 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must not be self-excluded from pub 333 or from online gaming under any applicable regulatory self-exclusion programme.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are accessing pub 333 on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.

pub 333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Providing false information during registration or verification is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

03 Accounts

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on pub 333. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being voided.

When you register with pub 333, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Significant discrepancies between the information provided and identity documents submitted during verification may delay withdrawals or result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username and password. pub 333 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

Accounts that show no activity — no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placed — for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pub 333 may apply a small monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on pub 333 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). We accept deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page. pub 333 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly communicated before you confirm a transaction.

• All deposits are credited to your account after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the payments page. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within the hour during normal operating conditions.
• pub 333 may request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals. This is a standard anti-fraud measure, not a delay tactic.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Any bonus funds in your balance must meet applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for details.

If a deposit fails to reach your account or a withdrawal is not received within the stated processing time, contact pub 333 customer support with your transaction reference number. We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pub 333 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

The following general bonus rules apply across all pub 333 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in its individual terms.
• Bonuses claimed under false pretences — including the use of duplicate accounts, incorrect personal information, or collusion with other players — will be voided in full, and the account may be closed.
• pub 333 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, device, or IP address.
• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and are used according to the balance-usage rules specified for each promotion.
• Games that are excluded from wagering contribution are listed in the specific promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on pub 333 are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the market being wagered on.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless pub 333 specifically offers a cash-out or bet-edit feature for that market.
• pub 333 reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, at any time, for any player, without prior notice. This is a standard risk management practice.
• In the event of an obvious error — such as a clearly incorrect price being published — pub 333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. We will notify affected players when this occurs.
• For live or in-play betting, bets are accepted at the risk of the player. pub 333 cannot guarantee that live odds reflect real-time match conditions at the exact moment a bet is confirmed due to inherent technology latency.
• Bets placed on events whose outcome was already known at the time of placement — due to system errors, data feed delays, or any other reason — will be voided.
• For sports betting, the rules specific to each sport (football, PBA basketball, volleyball, etc.) are published in the help section of the sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference.

07 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

pub 333 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a way not intended by their design, including but not limited to hedging bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or systematically targeting low-risk bets solely to complete wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer context to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets, make game decisions, or interact with the platform.
• Fraud and money laundering: Any attempt to use pub 333 to process funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing false chargebacks with your payment provider after depositing and using funds on the platform.
• Sharing or selling accounts: Allowing another person to use your account, or purchasing access to another player's account.

pub 333 uses sophisticated monitoring tools to detect suspicious patterns. If your account is flagged, we may request additional documentation and temporarily restrict withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. This is not a permanent action — it is a protective measure for the integrity of the platform and the broader player community.

08 Privacy and Data

By registering with pub 333, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

09 Responsible Gaming

pub 333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools and resources to help every player stay in control of their gaming activity, including voluntary deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.

10 Account Termination

You may close your pub 333 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

pub 333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we determine that these Terms have been violated, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of account termination due to rule violations, pub 333 may withhold balances pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

pub 333 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, reliable, and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub 333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits pub 333's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your continued use of pub 333 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your account as described in Section 10.
